We are looking to hire an Staff Accountant to add to our growing Accounting Team. As an Accounting Clerk, you will maintain financial records and ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded and ensure effectiveness and accuracy of all accounting tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Account Reconciliations
  • Inventory Management for Device Orders
  • Maintain Stale Dated Checks
  • Handle Accounting Emails
  • Maintain Fixed Assets
  • Cash applications for Undeposited Funds
  • Emailing Monthly Residual Reports
  • Code and Post Certify Transactions to Quickbooks
  • Cross train on all daily operating functions with teammates
  • Maintain confidence and protect company operations by keeping all financial information confidential
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Two or more years of general accounting experience, either in a public accounting firm or in a private corporate environment.
  • Two or more years of experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and SQL report writing is highly preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel with previous experience designing and utilizing effective spreadsheets.
  • Ability to work onsite in Irvine, CA.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • High energy and driven individual with proven track record of results.
  • Easily overcomes challenges and adapts to change.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines while maintaining strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to uphold the confidential nature of the position.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
