Red Hotels Group | Bedruthan & Scarlet is seeking a Staff Accommodation Caretaker to maintain clean, welcoming team spaces. The role is small but essential to making staff feel at home, with duties including cleaning kitchens, bedrooms and common areas.

You’ll be reliable, organized and attentive to detail, able to work independently. Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience helps, but the right attitude is most important.

• Ability to work independently.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is beneficial, attitude matters most.

Responsibilities

• Keep shared kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces clean and welcoming
• Clean and prepare bedrooms when required
• Empty bins and manage waste and recycling
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked
• Spot and report maintenance issues
• Follow cleaning schedules and maintain high standards
• Work respectfully around our team and their personal spaces
