Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is hiring aShift HVAC/Mechanical Engineer to safely operate and maintain HVAC, mechanical and building services across the stadium and campus. You will handle planned maintenance, pre-event checks, and reactive work to ensure reliable plant performance for match days and day-to-day operations.

Join a multi-skilled shift team, diagnose faults quickly, manage BMS alarms, and supervise contractors while upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HVAC/Mechanical engineer in large venues or stadiums.
• Knowledge of HVAC controls and BMS operation.
• Experience on shift patterns and rapid fault diagnosis.
• Capable of Planned Maintenance (PPM) and Pre-event checks (PEAP).
• Ability to work with contractors and maintain safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and fault-find HVAC systems across stadium facilities.
• Carry out PPM, PEAP, and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Respond to alarms via the BMS and coordinate rapid fault resolution.
• Maintain records and reports using CAFM systems.
• Support events with on-shift engineering assistance before, during, and after matches.
