Responsibilities

Starting from 23rd February, 6 hour shifts, additional roster to be discussed

Responsibilities

• Investigating Disturbances: monitoring entry and exit points of the venue.
• Access Control & Screening: conducting bag searches, frisking, checking tickets, and scanning for prohibited items (weapons, outside food/drink) at entry points.
• Crowd Management: monitoring spectator density, managing the flow of people during entry (ingress) and exit (egress), preventing overcrowding in viewing areas.
• Patrolling & Surveillance: maintaining a visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour, monitoring for potential hazards (fire/trip), securing restricted or VIP areas.
• Emergency Response: assisting in emergency evacuations, providing first aid, collaborating with local authorities.
• Customer Service: welcoming visitors, providing directions, and assisting with enquiries to ensure a positive, safe experience.
