Task Personnel Solutions is recruiting SIA Event Security Officers to support festivals, stadiums and major live events in Carnforth. You will be part of the event security team, helping keep guests, staff and venues safe with calm professionalism.

Your role includes managing crowd movement, entry points, viewing areas and other key areas around the event site, while following site procedures and providing clear information to guests. A welcoming, safety‑minded approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIA licence.
• Experience in crowd management or security roles is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide clear directions.
• Support safe entry and exit.
• Monitor event areas for safety issues.
• Support security checks where needed.
• Respond calmly to concerns or incidents.
• Give clear information to guests.
• Report issues to supervisors.
