Job summary

Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is seeking a Department Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Stadium Operations Department. You will help plan and deliver events across the stadium and campus, and maintain accurate records and budgets.

The role requires highly organised, proactive candidates who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced stadium environment, ensuring operational information is recorded and distributed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in business administration/management.
• Office Management Diploma or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between departmental senior managers, other club departments, suppliers and internal teams; handle confidential correspondence, field calls and act as a key point of contact.
• Prepare internal communications, debriefs and reports/presentations for senior management.
