Job summary

Liverpool Football Club is seeking a Development Chef to drive culinary innovation from idea through to kitchen in our Central Production Kitchen at Anfield. You will develop new menus, translate trends into products, and present findings to key stakeholders.

You will lead recipe writing, collaborate with the Executive Head Chef and Retail Catering, and help shape our growing food offering for matchdays and day-to-day catering.

Qualifications

• Proven current experience as a professional chef in a busy environment.
• Ability to create and deliver high-quality, innovative recipes across food categories.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends to translate insights into concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative menu ideas, food concepts and product ranges.
• Research culinary trends and translate insights into new menu ideas.
• Present findings, run tastings and deliver product showcases for stakeholders.
• Create new and exclusive food concepts for the club’s catering offer.
• Write clear, consistent recipes to be used across teams and categories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the Executive Head Chef and Retail Catering.
