Job summary

Liverpool FC is seeking a Development Chef to join our Central Production Kitchen at Anfield Stadium. You will develop innovative menu ideas, translate trends into new menus and write clear, shareable recipes for cross-functional teams.

You will lead a small kitchen brigade, conduct tastings, present findings to stakeholders and help shape our catering offers for matchdays, daily catering and retail products.

Qualifications

• Proven professional chef experience in a busy, multi-site environment.
• Ability to create high-quality, innovative recipes across multiple categories.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, flavours and trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative menu ideas and product ranges.
