Job summary

Everton FC in Liverpool is seeking a Head Chef to run a busy stadium restaurant on match days and lead a large culinary team, working with fresh produce and precision.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards, training staff, ensuring food safety and allergen procedures, and delivering outstanding dining experiences in a demanding, high-volume environment at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of food handling and food safety standards.
• Full awareness of allergen and calorie procedures.
• Positive and passionate focus on food and hospitality.
• Experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively between front and back of house teams.
• Calm, resilient, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform kitchen duties and production as directed by the Senior Kitchen Management Team.
• Maintain records and carry out necessary temperature checks.
• Ensure all dish specifications are followed and adhered to.
• Liaise with kitchen and front of house staff for service standards.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and communicate issues to the Senior Management Team.
• Assist in company training programs and keep personal training up-to-date.
