NG Bailey is seeking a Maintenance Manager at Wembley Stadium to lead maintenance across the contract, ensuring safety, compliance and reliability. The role is hands-on, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors while serving as the client’s trusted advisor.

Responsibilities include planning preventive and reactive maintenance, managing lifecycle activities and reporting asset performance. Flexibility around events is required to support stadium operations.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering (HNC/HND, degree, City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent).
• IOSH/NEBOSH/IWFM/AP/CP or professional body membership is a bonus.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams and managing specialist subcontractors.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery of maintenance services across Wembley Stadium contract.
• Oversee day-to-day engineering and fabric maintenance, including PPM and reactive works.
• Ensure statutory compliance, permits, risk assessments and safe systems of work.
