A leading retail and leisure destination in Wembley is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the engineering team and ensure the highest standards of mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Candidates should have proven experience in managing maintenance teams and technical expertise in M&E services. The role includes overseeing compliance, managing contractors, and promoting safety initiatives. This position offers 24/7 GP access and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing maintenance teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of M&E services (HVAC, water systems, controls).
• Solid understanding of statutory compliance and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage the onsite Maintenance Team.
• Oversee delivery of PPM schedules and reactive works.
• Ensure full statutory compliance (LOLER, PUWER, electrical safety, water hygiene, etc.).
