Job summary

Qualifications
- Senior leadership experience in stadia/venues.
- Proven P&L performance and commercial strategy.
- Experience delivering premium hospitality operations.
- Strong client and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior leadership across all venue operations.
- Manage relationships with venue partners.
- Drive commercial performance and profitability.
- Lead diverse teams across hospitality, retail, culinary, logistics and events.
- Ensure safety, health, food safety and licensing compliance.
- Develop and deliver venue business plans and growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and revenue growth.
- Ensure services meet contractual KPIs and standards.
