Job summary

Leicester City Football Club is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance team and drive operational excellence across the King Power Stadium and related sites. You will manage reactive and planned maintenance, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements while supporting matchday operations.

The role requires strong leadership, project management experience, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced stadium environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Electro/Mechanical Engineering, Management, Business Studies or related qualification.
• Experience leading multi-skilled maintenance teams in large facilities.
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to deliver high standards of operation.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across Club facilities.
• Manage capital projects, refurbishments and infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate external contractors and monitor service delivery against standards.
• Support matchday and major events to ensure facilities are ready and compliant.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for facilities operations.
