Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking a senior Maintenance Manager to lead the Twickenham Stadium engineering and maintenance operation. You will be accountable for the entire engineering team and safe delivery of planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance across all building services.

You will provide mechanical leadership across HVAC, boilers, pumps, BMS, and associated systems while coordinating electrical and life-safety services. Strong leadership and compliance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or an engineering apprenticeship with equivalent experience.
• Strong background in multi-disciplinary engineering leadership within complex environments.
• Proven experience delivering hard-services to contractual, statutory and technical standards.
• Experience with CAFM systems and data-driven maintenance governance.

Responsibilities

• Line manage and develop a multi-disciplinary engineering team, including rota planning and performance reviews.
• Oversee PPM scheduling, reactive task allocation, SLA performance and CAFM close-out quality.
• Provide assurance on statutory and contractual compliance and escalate risks to senior stakeholders.
• Lead technical audits, drive risk reduction and implement corrective actions with evidence.
• Coordinate pre-event engineering readiness and post-event reviews for safe operations.
• Maintain asset condition data, lifecycle plans and prioritised capital investments.
