Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. at Twickenham Stadium seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead the site engineering and maintenance team, ensuring safe, compliant delivery of planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance across building services.

You will own the maintenance programme, drive risk-based asset management, oversee mechanical and electrical disciplines, and engage with contractors to deliver reliable event readiness and high availability for this large public venue.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND or degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or apprenticeship with equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years’ engineering experience with senior maintenance leadership in complex facilities.
• Experience delivering hard-services to contractual and technical standards.
• Knowledge of HVAC, water systems, gas systems and critical plant resilience.
• Ability to lead audits, risk management and remedial governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site engineering/maintenance team, planning workload and ensuring safe, compliant delivery.
• Own the planned, reactive and lifecycle maintenance programme with accurate records and outcomes.
• Monitor compliance, CAFM data and asset risk; coordinate with Permit to Work and safety processes.
• Provide specialist mechanical leadership across HVAC, boilers, chillers, pumps and related plant.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Fire/Life-Safety, lifts and building fabric teams for integrated delivery.
