Job summary

Interaction Recruitment are seeking enthusiastic Casual Chefs to join our team for a series of upcoming events in Manchester and Liverpool. Immediate start available with an hourly rate from £16.50 plus holidays; shifts are flexible to suit your availability.

You will cook high-quality dishes, manage your own section, and support the Sous and Head Chefs during busy service. Compliance with food safety standards is essential and training junior staff may be required.

Qualifications

• CDP or above with relevant experience.
• Experience in high-volume catering, hotels, restaurants or event venues.
• Friendly, positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable with good timekeeping and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Location: Manchester & Liverpool
Pay Rate: From £16.50/hour plus holidays

What You’ll Do:

• prepare and cook high-quality dishes to specification
• manage your own section and maintain excellent food standards
• support the Sous Chef and Head Chef during busy service
• ensure food hygiene and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• help train and support junior kitchen staff where required

You Should Have:

• Previous experience as a CDP or above
• Experience in high-volume catering, hotels, restaurants or event venues
• A friendly and positive attitude
• The ability to work under pressure
• Reliability and good timekeeping
• Good team player
