Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking an Electrician to join our Repairs and Voids division, providing high-quality electrical repair and replacement services within Social Housing properties. This site-based role covers up to 90 minutes from Oxford and offers stable, long-term work with a supportive planning team.

You will carry out fault finding, install and replace components, and ensure compliance with 18th edition, AM2 and BS7671 standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC? (not applicable)
• Electrical installation experience in social housing environments preferred
• Qualified to 18th edition and AM2 (preferred NICEIC registration)
• DBS check and full UK driving licence required

Responsibilities

• Carrying out fault finding & responsive repairs on tenanted Social Housing properties.
• Replacing MCBs, circuit breakers, wiring, lighting, switches, showers, smoke alarms, and related fittings.
• Working from job tickets or handheld device daily.
• Delivering outstanding service to customers in their homes.
• Adhering to Health and Safety policies and standards.
