NHS Scotland in Ayrshire & Arran is seeking an SSTS Information Assistant based at Ailsa Hospital. This fixed-term post is for 1 year and involves a 36-hour week within the Finance Department to support input of confidential employee information to the SSTS system for payroll processing.

You will provide standard and ad hoc reports to assist with manpower planning and payroll-related tasks, contributing to accurate salary processing in a collaborative, respectful team environment at NHS Ayrshire

Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an SSTS Information Assistant based at Ailsa Hospital. This post is offered on a fixed-term basis for 1 year.

Hours

36 hours per week.

5 days over 5, flexi time is offered.

What You Will Do

As a SSTS Information Assistant you will work within the Finance Department based at Ailsa Hospital.

You will work as part of the project team responsible for the input of confidential employee information to the SSTS system for transmission to Payroll so that monthly/weekly salaries can be processed accurately and provide managers with both standard and various ad hoc reports to assist with ongoing issues in relation to Manpower planning.
