Job summary

Shire Services seeks a Catering Manager for a busy primary school. You will oversee food preparation, stock control, and lead the kitchen team to deliver daily service with high presentation standards.

Allergen compliance and food safety are essential. The role runs Monday to Friday 7am–2:30pm, term time only plus 3 cleaning days, totaling 32.5 hours per week across about 45 weeks per year.

Qualifications

• Food preparation experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and allergen handling.
• Ability to lead and supervise a kitchen team.
• Familiarity with stock control and kitchen operations.

Term time only plus 3 additional cleaning days.
