Job summary

Shire Services is seeking a proactive Senior Catering Manager to oversee a cluster of seven schools in the Birmingham area. You will lead kitchen teams, plan menus, manage stock, and ensure safe food handling and allergen compliance.

This role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–2pm, term-time only plus three cleaning days, totaling 30 hours per week and 44.98 weeks per year. You will be responsible for service setup, food presentation, and maintaining standards across sites.

Duties include: Food preparation, stock management, management of kitchen team, food presentation and service set up. compliance and allergen management.

Monday - Friday between 8am - 2pm. Term time only plus 3 additional cleaning days.

30 Hours and 44.98 Weeks Per Year.
