We are seeking an innovative Sr. Quality Auditor, Content Ratings, to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team. Your role will be to ensure high-quality moderation review of content, including video asset review, non-compliance identification, collaboration with editorial teams, root cause analysis, and regular audits of our video catalog. You will work with global teams to prioritize and implement workflows supporting compliance reviews.

Key job responsibilities

1. Conduct high-quality manual reviews of local content policy workflows in global marketplaces.
2. Make high-judgment decisions on compliance actions.
3. Document incidents and generate quality reports on audit activities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
5. Drive projects to improve support functions and processes, leveraging technology and automation.
6. Maintain standard operating procedures with Policy, Operations, and Program teams.
7. Build dashboards, analyze metrics, and surface insights to improve efficiency.
8. Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments.
9. Develop expertise in industry best practices.
10. Preemptively identify violations of compliance policies, brand risks, regulatory, and legal issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Trust and Safety Operations, Content Ratings, or Content Classification.
• Ability to meet deadlines and operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with audit mechanisms.
• Researching and analyzing current trends, news, and historical events.
• Knowledge of global political, religious, and social-cultural topics.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across functions and marketplaces.
