We are seeking an innovative Content Policy Operations Specialist to support the Prime Video Trust & Safety Operations team in protecting customers from copyright-infringing content and demonstrating sound judgment in account enforcement. Prime Video Trust & Safety programs aim to create a globally trusted customer experience by ensuring Prime Video provides content that customers love and trust, along with accurate, meaningful, and complete information to empower customers to make informed viewing choices for themselves and their children.

We are looking for a motivated Content Policy Operations Specialist to protect customers from content-related risks and lead projects to enhance efficiency. This role involves managing day-to-day issues while also strategizing on long-term, program-wide initiatives.

Key job responsibilities

1. Conduct manual reviews of global content policy compliance operations.
2. Make high-judgement decisions on compliance actions.
3. Drive projects that improve support-related functions and processes, prioritizing ways to leverage technology and automate.
4. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures by coordinating with Policy, Operations and Program teams.
5. Document comprehensive content investigations reports.
6. Help drive critical decisions by building dashboards/reports, analyzing metrics, and surfacing insights to improve efficiency.
7. Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments as necessary.
8. Develop subject matter expertise in industry best practice.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. Experience in Trust and Safety operations, program, law, risk management, investigations, content compliance, or content ratings

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Fluency in Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, or Turkish
2. Strong collaboration skills. Proven ability to work across functions and across marketplaces to influence senior leaders
3. Intermediate SQL skills
4. Experience in threat intelligence research, such as investigating, researching, or analyzing current trends, news, and historical events
5. Organized, independent, and autonomous, able to set and meet own deadlines, and operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
6. Ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems; identifying customer needs and inventing new and efficient ways to meet those needs
