3P Transport Program Manager, 3P Transportation

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in an emerging business at Amazon. This role will help ensure our delivery promises to our customers are fulfilled on time and that we continuously improve Amazon Australia’s delivery experience. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives with carrier, fulfillment center, technical, customer service, and retail teams. This leader will be a self-starter who supports both daily activities and large, complex, cross-functional projects.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day interactions between Amazon and transportation partners to improve capacity, quality, speed, and cost.
  2. Analyze transportation metrics to bridge performance gaps and identify actions for improvement.
  3. Participate in weekly business reviews with internal teams and external transportation partners.
  4. Coordinate transportation forecasts with partners to ensure sufficient capacity.
  5. Review and manage transportation escalations, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Work with internal stakeholders to enhance the customer experience in Last Mile delivery.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience building processes, managing projects, and scheduling.
