Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Sr. BSA) to join our experienced team. This role involves functional, technical, and support tasks, playing a key part in new business initiatives and maintaining current processes. The Sr. BSA will collaborate with business leaders, users, and IT teams to manage enterprise applications, including Oracle E-Business Suite (version 12.2.8) and others. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Oracle Contracts and Install Base functionalities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects, enhancements, and upgrades related to Service Contracts business processes.
• Participate in sales order processing projects involving Oracle Service Contracts and Install Base.
• Engage in regular business functional meetings to understand needs and facilitate improvements.
• Define, document, and implement system configuration changes.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to communicate requirements.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with application development and BI teams.
• Design and maintain test scenarios, scripts, and data for system validation.
• Assist in project management and planning.
• Provide Level 3 and 4 support for enterprise systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Oracle Contracts and Install Base modules.
• Experience supporting Order to Cash processes globally is preferred.
• Understanding of business analysis concepts: requirements planning, elicitation, documentation, and validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of SQL or PL/SQL and related tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US with unrestricted work authorization.

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields.
• Experience with other Oracle modules such as Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Field Service, and Receivables.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience leading projects and supporting a global client base.
• Participation in establishing new standards and procedures.
