Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end analytics and insights strategy for WW Business Operations & Project Delivery.
• Establish a single source of truth across RE, FM, GS, and capital project data.
• Ensure analytics directly support executive, portfolio, and investment decisions.
• Own the digital tools and systems roadmaps supporting portfolio analytics, project performance, and governance.
• Partner with IT to enable system integration, automation, and data quality.
• Drive simplification and standardization of tools and reporting across regions.
• Deliver actionable insights on portfolio performance, capital efficiency, project risk, cost, and schedule.
• Develop executive dashboards and forward-looking analytics to support prioritization and trade-offs.
• Incorporate external benchmarks and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analytics and insights professionals.
• Establish best practices for analytics methodologies, insight generation, and knowledge sharing.
• Enable performance tracking across capital projects and programs.
• Support governance forums with clear, fact-based insights.

Operating as theenterprise data and insights owner, this role drivesend‑to‑enddata strategy—from systems and architecture to analytics, dashboards, and external insights—supporting RE/FM/Government Services governance, site construction, renovations, expansions, and strategic capital projects.
