We are seeking a Senior Leadership Development Consultant to design and facilitate impactful experiences that support senior leadership teams in enhancing performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role involves engaging deeply with clients' businesses to facilitate team journeys that lead to innovative solutions, supporting leadership development initiatives, and providing executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
  • Designing customized leadership development programs.
  • Delivering remote learning and leadership development programs.
  • Providing executive coaching and feedback using CORE assessments and scaling programs through train-the-trainer sessions.
  • Creating new programs leveraging existing building blocks.
  • Building professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating transformative team leadership development journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
  • ICF Coaching Certification.
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders on cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in designing and facilitating team meetings, content, and materials.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks seamlessly.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise.
