We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join us as a Sr. Leadership Development Consultant. You will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams in increasing performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role involves engaging deeply with clients' businesses to facilitate innovative leadership development solutions, including supporting initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
  • Designing customized leadership development programs.
  • Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
  • Providing executive coaching and feedback using CORE assessments and scaling programs.
  • Creating new programs leveraging existing building blocks.
  • Building professional relationships with clients.
  • Co-creating leadership development journeys.
  • Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
  • Coaching Certification (ICF).
  • Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders.
  • Proficient in designing and facilitating team meetings and content.
  • Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
  • Ability to balance strategic and tactical tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to develop expertise.
