We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Consultant to join our team as Sr. Leadership Development Consultant. You will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams, increase their performance, and shape culture.

This role involves connecting with clients, developing solutions, supporting leadership initiatives, and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating customer needs into learning programs.
• Designing customized leadership development programs.
• Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
• Providing executive coaching and feedback using our CORE assessment tools.
• Creating new programs using current building blocks.
• Building professional relationships with clients.
• Co-creating leadership development journeys.
• Applying organizational change management tools.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences; Master’s preferred.
• Coaching Certification (ICF).
• Strong business acumen and experience with senior leaders.
• Skills in designing and facilitating meetings and content.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools.
• Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to develop expertise.
