This role involves connecting with clients, developing solutions, supporting leadership initiatives, and coaching.

Your contribution:

• Translate customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
• Design customized leadership development programs.
• Deliver remote learning and leadership programs.
• Provide executive coaching and feedback using our assessment tools.
• Create new programs leveraging existing building blocks.
• Build professional relationships with clients.
• Co-create leadership development journeys.
• Apply organizational change management tools.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred
• Coaching Certification (ICF)
• Strong business acumen and experience with senior leaders
