We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Leadership Development Consultant. In this role, you will design and facilitate impactful experiences to support senior leadership teams in increasing performance, productivity, and shaping culture.

This role involves connecting with clients, developing solutions, and facilitating team journeys that lead to innovative outcomes. It also includes supporting leadership development initiatives and executive coaching.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating customer needs into learning interventions and programs.
• Designing customized leadership development programs.
• Delivering remote learning and leadership programs.
• Providing executive coaching and feedback using our CORE assessment products, and conducting "Train-the-Trainer" programs.
• Creating new programs based on existing building blocks.
• Building professional relationships with clients.
• Co-creating transformative team leadership journeys.
• Applying organizational change management tools and approaches.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences; Master's preferred.
• Coaching Certification (ICF).
• Strong business acumen and experience working with senior leaders on cross-functional teams.
• Skills in designing and facilitating team meetings, content, and materials.
• Experience with leadership assessment tools and models.
• Ability to handle strategic and tactical tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Willingness to develop expertise in key areas.
