Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a seasoned software engineer to own and evolve applications that power a fast-moving logistics operation. You will balance enhancing Azure-based systems with building new solutions from scratch, while shaping the technical direction and potentially growing into a CTO role with equity.

Hybrid work environment with strong leadership exposure, and a chance to significantly influence the technology stack and architecture. Compensation up to $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong Azure, C#, and React capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies and application architecture.
• McCloud/SQL ecosystem experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing applications.
• Develop new software solutions from concept through deployment.
• Build and support React-based web applications.
• Develop solutions using C# and Azure.
• Contribute to application architecture and technical direction.
• Partner with leadership to translate business needs into technology solutions.

You'll split your time between enhancing existing Azure-based solutions and building new applications from the ground up - with a rare opportunity to help shape the company's technology direction and potentially grow into a CTO role with equity.
