Colossus Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced C# Full Stack Software Engineer to design, build and enhance business-critical applications. You will join a fast-growing team and shape technical decisions while delivering scalable web solutions across the stack.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cloud-based services using C#, JavaScript frameworks, Azure and SQL, ensuring high quality and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' commercial experience with C#.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks (React/Blazor/Next.js).
• Experience with Azure cloud services and SQL databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum/Kanban).

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Software Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using C#, modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud technologies
• Build intuitive front-end user experiences alongside robust back-end services

About You

Essential

• Minimum 5 years' commercial experience developing in C#
• Strong knowledge of:
  • JavaScript
  • HTML/CSS
  • React, Blazor, Next.js or similar modern frameworks
  • Experience working with Azure cloud services
  • Strong SQL database knowledge
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user stories, system documentation and database schemas

Desirable

• Experience with IT Service Management platforms such as ServiceNow
• Previous experience within a fast-paced SME environment
• Exposure to large-scale systems integration projects
