Job summary

Michael Page Finance is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for an industrial and manufacturing client based in Reading. You will oversee day-to-day financial operations, reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis to support decision-making.

The role requires ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualifications, a strong accounting background, leadership skills, and experience with budgeting, cash flow and compliance. You will mentor the finance team and liaise with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong background in accounting and financial management within industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (Essential).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance practices.
• Experience in team leadership and collaboration.
