The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA certified, with experience in budgeting, forecasts, compliance, and leading a finance team. The position is temporary with a daily rate in the UK range.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial management experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (Essential).
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance practices.
• Experience in team leadership and collaboration.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including reporting and analysis.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to streamline finance processes.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
• Supervise and mentor members of the finance team.
