Qualifications

• Strong background in accounting and finance within manufacturing/industrial sector.
• Professional qualifications ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of management accounts and statutory accounts.
• Lead a team of 2 within 6 months.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Analyse financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Monitor cash flow and implement cost control measures where necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives.
• Review and improve financial processes and systems.
