• Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
• Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Support year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Provide mentorship to junior finance staff.
