Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute department and item level planning strategies across Europe & Middle East for a specific gender within our brands.
- Provide input on regional volume, inventory, and style count targets for all departments within the relevant brand and gender.
- Develop assortment frameworks for key departments, focusing on crucial items to drive growth and connect with European & Middle Eastern customers.
- Participate in Home Office milestone meetings, highlighting region-specific strategies for the season.
- Partner with European promo resources to execute in-season promotions and pricing changes.
- Present weekly updates during Monday review meetings, including regional strengths, opportunities, and recommended actions.
- Review regional progress against plans, and propose adjustments and inventory strategies in collaboration with store planning teams.
- Post-season, conduct detailed reviews and develop strategies for future seasons at the item and department levels.
- Maintain regular remote communication with Home Office teams, providing updates and effective communication on a daily basis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of planning experience, preferably in a corporate retail environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proven problem-solving abilities.
- Clear understanding of target customer and product trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and multi-tasking skills.
- Team-oriented with leadership qualities.
- Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to realize brand vision.
