As a Buyer Development Account Manager, you will manage partner relationships, handle operational tasks, and analyze data with Brands, Buyers, Agencies, and Consultancies using OpenX ad technology for transacting campaigns via open exchange, preferred deals, private auctions, and RTG. Your responsibilities include building inventory and data segments, creating PMP deals, managing deals and reporting, troubleshooting, identifying yield opportunities, and post-campaign analysis.

We seek high achievers who excel in building long-term relationships and can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You should have extensive knowledge of OpenX products and platforms to advise partners on optimal transactional setups.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Sales Team to create and launch high-performing premium deals within the OpenX Platform.
  2. Analyze active private marketplace deals to identify opportunities for success against KPIs.
  3. Troubleshoot issues with newly launched deals.
  4. Support sales during client meetings as the operational and technical lead.
  5. Serve as the main contact for clients for questions, performance requests, and product inquiries.
  6. Contribute to revenue goals through deal transactions, yield management, and relationship building.
  7. Respond promptly to client requests.
  8. Work with the team to develop a transparent, data-driven account management process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  1. 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising operations, publisher monetization, and ad technology sales or services.
  2. Strong relationship management and operational skills across cross-functional teams.
  3. Deep understanding of online advertising, campaign objectives, and RTB/programmatic ecosystems.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  5. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, innovative, and problem-solving mindset.
  6. Results-driven with a focus on identifying new business opportunities.
  7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex technology.
  8. Effective at interacting with all organizational levels.
  9. Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  10. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Salary range: £45,000 - £53,000 per year.
