We are seeking a highly skilled SQL Server Production Database Administrator (DBA) to join our dynamic team. Working once a month in the office, you will be a key member of our IT department, responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing mission-critical SQL Server environments.

This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of database management, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure high availability and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• 3+ years experience as a SQL Server DBA in a production environment.
• Expertise in SQL Server architecture, administration, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with high availability solutions like clustering, replication, and Always On.
• Advanced T-SQL skills for query optimization and troubleshooting.
• Database backup, recovery, disaster recovery planning, and strategies.
• Performance tuning, indexing strategies, and execution plans.
• Monitoring tools such as SQL Server Profiler, Extended Events, Performance Monitor, etc.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure SQL Database is a plus.
