Job summary

Harnham is seeking a SQL-driven analyst for a 12-month FTC role, primarily remote in the UK with 2 days a month in the office. You will own campaign selections end-to-end, translating briefs into data outputs and supporting performance tracking.

You’ll work within the Customer Selections & Analytics team on data-led decision making, with exposure to multiple product lines within a major UK insurer. Strong SQL and large-dataset experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL
• Background in campaign selections / CRM / customer analytics
• Experience working with large datasets
• Ability to translate business needs into data outputs

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver campaign selections using SQL
• Translate marketing briefs into technical requirements
• Support test & learn campaigns and performance tracking
• Push selections into CRM (moving to Dotdigital)
• Plan and manage campaign cycles 1–2 months ahead
