Job summary

A leading sprinkler services provider is looking for a Service Engineer based in the Central Belt of Scotland. This role involves managing maintenance tasks across multiple buildings, servicing various valve sets, and carrying out flow tests on fire pumps. Essential qualifications include experience with sprinkler systems and a full UK driving license. The position offers competitive salary, 25 days holiday, and benefits including a company van and pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience carrying out 5-point flow tests on sprinkler fire pumps and performing general service checks.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Previous experience in Commercial/Industrial buildings preferred.
• Valid UK driving licence covering a regional role is essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for PPM and small works projects across a few buildings.
• Servicing all types of valve sets.
• Conducting general service checks.
• Coordinate general service activities and site reporting.

Skills

Experience with Wet, dry, alternate, deluge and pre-Action valve sets

Plumbing/Piping knowledge and fault finding on sprinkler systems

Understanding of electronic reporting

Full UK driving licence

We are looking for a Service Engineer to work with sprinkler systems. This role invites you to enter or return to the sprinkler industry and manage a range of maintenance tasks across multiple buildings.
