Job summary

Qualifications

Passion to work with children and young people.
Recent experience supporting children or sports coaching.
Experience or interest in using sport to support emotional regulation and engagement.
Person-centred approach and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Support learners aged 11–16 across mainstream timetable.
Deliver tailor-made Sports Intervention sessions to aid emotional regulation and engagement.
Work with students in small groups and one-to-one settings.
Engage effectively with learners in a supportive, safe environment.
