Job summary

Protocol Education Limited is seeking energetic Learning Support Assistants with a background in sport or PE to support pupils across lessons and activities. You will help pupils stay focused, participate actively, and develop positive behaviours in a lively, safe environment.

No formal TA experience is required; your energy and transferable skills matter. You will receive ongoing consultant support and access to free safeguarding CPD training, with flexible working options to fit your schedule.

We’re looking for energetic, confident individuals to support pupils as a Learning Support Assistants. Your PE background will be a huge asset, especially when it comes to building relationships, encouraging participation, and supporting behaviour in a positive, active way.

What your day might look like

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
