Job summary

Vision for Education is recruiting enthusiastic Sports Coaches to work as Cover Supervisors in secondary schools across Telford. This is a fantastic opportunity for those transitioning into education or seeking flexible education work that fits around their schedule.

You will deliver pre-set lesson plans, manage behaviour, support pupils, and build positive relationships with students and school staff. Roles can be full-time, part-time or flexible supply, with PAYE pay arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people; sports coaching ideal.
• Strong group management and behaviour management skills.
• Confidence working with secondary-aged pupils.
• Professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
• An Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
• The right to work in the UK.
