Job summary

Smile Education is seeking passionate Sports Coaches to support secondary schools across Dudley. Whether you're an experienced coach, a recent Sports Science graduate, or have coaching experience with young people, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll deliver PE sessions, lead activities, cover lessons when required, and help students build confidence, teamwork, and resilience. Flexible day-to-day, long-term, and temp-to-perm opportunities are available, with September starts.

Qualifications

• Sports Coaches with experience in any sport
• PE or Sports Science graduates
• Individuals with experience working with young people
• Confident communicators with strong behaviour management skills
• Reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable candidates
• A full UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential

Are you passionate about sport and inspiring young people? Whether you're an experienced Sports Coach, a recent Sports Science graduate, or have experience working with children through coaching, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team supporting secondary schools across Dudley.

This is a fantastic opportunity to turn your coaching skills into a rewarding career in education. We have a variety of day-to-day, long-term and temp-to-perm opportunities available to suit your availability.

The Role

You will be working within secondary schools delivering PE lessons, leading sports activities, supporting classroom learning and helping students develop confidence, teamwork and resilience. You may also work as a Cover Supervisor, supervising lessons across a range of subjects when required.
