Job summary

Smart Teachers is seeking a Sports Coach for a specialist SEMH provision in Edgware. The role is part-time, with hours 09:00–15:00 on Mondays and Fridays, starting ASAP for a long-term ongoing contract. A driving license is required to travel to site, and an enhanced DBS is necessary.

Hours: Monday and Fridays 09:00-15:00
Pay: £120-£140 per day, PAYE

(Must have be able to drive and have a UK Drivers License)

We are seeking a caring, resilient and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join a specialist SEMH provision in Edgware, a short walk from Edgware station. The school supports children with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), with a strong focus on helping pupils manage their social, emotional and behavioural needs alongside their academic development.

This is a nurturing, supportive environment where staff work closely together to give every child the chance to flourish, gain confidence, and develop the skills they need for the future.

About the role

• Sports Coach needed Mon and Friday starting ASAP until July,
• Hours are 09:00- 15:00
• Sport Coach required to deliver PE and games lessons to children in KS3 and 4
• Lessons are pre-planned

Requirements:

To be considered for the role of Sports Coach you will need:

• Have previous experience delivering sports lesson
• Experience with SEN/SEMH desired but not essential

• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service
