Capita is recruiting for a Sponsored Reserve Firefighter in partnership with the RAF Odiham. This unique civilian-military pathway combines firefighting with Defence support, including overseas deployments.

No prior firefighting experience is required; a Level 3 Firefighter Apprenticeship may be pursued as a paid earn-while-you-learn route into a long-term career. The package includes competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications
