About ASOS Media Group
A dedicated brand partnerships team, ASOS Media Group works with our strategic brands across all ASOS audience touch points. The ASOS Media Group team has grown significantly over the last few years working directly with our partner brands, collaborating with ASOS’s design, creative, fashion, production and commercial retail teams to implement impactful, effective and strategic marketing campaigns on and off ASOS’s owned and operated properties.

The Details

  • As an expert consultant in this fast-evolving business your responsibility will be driving our Sponsored Ads business forward. Since AMG launched Sponsored ads in 2023 we now have hundreds of our endemic brands from Sportswear, Fashion, Face & Body, Non-Clothing as regular Sponsored Ads clients. Your role will be to drive relationships with the top 10-15 Sponsored ads clients, advising them on their strategy, supporting their goals, meeting with the clients regularly to provide updates on performance.
  • You will hold direct relationships with the clients, working closely to understand their objectives, aimed at growing their businesses with ASOS. Close alignment with ASOS’s retail stakeholders will benefit your brands and is also crucial.
  • To support your role you'll be working closely with the wider ASOS Media Group team of account managers, ad operations, and insight/analytics teams. With your knowledge of the fashion and digital advertising industry coupled with an understanding of your brand partners’ needs you will build solutions to support achievement of their goals and your objectives.
  • In addition to owning the Sponsored Ads relationships with the top 10-15 brands, this role will also support AMG's overall Sponsored Ads growth- working closely with our Product Team and our tech partner Criteo to ensure we have the best SPAn offering available. The role will also play a big part in supporting the team of 15 Partnership Managers with onboarding new brands to SPA. The opportunity is huge, with 800+ brand currently stocked on ASOS.

Qualifications
About You

  • A high level of experience with Sponsored Ads and Display Ads is essential
  • A high level of experience in a client facing digital marketing / sales role
  • Proven track record in building and managing client and internal company relationships
  • Marketing skills (preferably digital marketing) in Fashion, Sports and Face & Body retail categories
  • An understanding of brands' marketing and media strategies
  • An understanding of the technical foundations of digital advertising
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proven track record within a target driven environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication and persuasion skills, and a great presenter
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously
  • High levels of digital literacy are mandatory; PC literate (Microsoft Office inc. advanced Excel).
  • Self-motivated team player, enthusiastic, and a tenacious attitude
  • Ability to influence others to set and achieve goals and deadlines.
