Job summary

Placed International is seeking an experienced Spine Territory Manager to lead a field-based role in Ipswich, delivering growth within an assigned territory. You will build relationships with surgeons, hospitals and healthcare professionals to drive sales and adoption of our spinal products and techniques.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ medical device sales or territory management experience.
• Strong sales and business-development mindset.
• Knowledge of spinal anatomy; operating-room experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals and healthcare professionals.
• Promote products, surgical techniques and solutions effectively.
• Maintain strong product and competitor knowledge.
• Attend surgeries, training, conferences and customer meetings.
• Manage inventory, loaner sets and territory resources.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth.
• Work closely with internal teams to support customer needs and product development.
• Maintain the highest standards of compliance, professionalism and ethical conduct.
