Job summary

A healthcare management company is seeking a Spinal Injury Specialist Case Manager to manage the rehabilitation caseload for clients nationwide. The role involves assessing their needs, coordinating multidisciplinary interventions, and ensuring effective use of allocated rehabilitation funding. Candidates should have at least five years of clinical experience in neurological and complex orthopedic rehabilitation, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Full-time and part-time roles are available, inclusive of remote work and travel across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of clinical experience in neurological and complex orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Understanding of funding for rehabilitation following injury.
• Knowledge of GDPR, Safeguarding and Capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of rehabilitation clients from referral to case closure.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interventions with clients as the focus.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and clinicians while maintaining case records.
